Ihre Aufgaben- Sie erstellen die laufenden Ertragssteuererklärungen sowie die Umsatzsteuerjahreserklärung für einzelne Gesellschaften der Adecco-Gruppe in Deutschland
- Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung der nationalen Jahresabschlüsse, bei der Berechnung der laufenden- und latenten Steuern sowie der Erstellung der Tax Reporting Packages
- Zusammen mit dem Leiter der Steuerabteilung übernehmen Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs sowie des Auf-/ und Ausbaus des Tax Compliance im Bereich Umsatzsteuer und Ertragsteuer
- Sie betreuen die laufenden Betriebsprüfungen und Umsatzsteuersonderprüfungen für die Konzernzentrale
- Analyse und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse und Mitarbeit bei laufenden Projekten
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner unterstützen Sie das Management und die Abteilungen der deutschen Konzernzentrale sowie unsere Niederlassungen in allen steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Sie haben ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Hochschulstudium absolviert oder sind Diplom-Finanzwirt. Im Idealfall haben Sie das Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerrecht und kommen idealerweise aus der Steuerberatung oder aus der Steuerabteilung eines Unternehmens
- Mit DATEV- und MS Office sind Sie bestens vertraut. SAP-FI Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung
- Ihre Englischkenntnisse bieten Ihnen die Grundlage für die sprachliche und schriftliche Kommunikation innerhalb der globalen Adecco-Gruppe
- Sie arbeiten sehr sorgfältig und haben eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und gewohnt, eigenständig zu arbeiten. Pragmatik, Flexibilität, IT-Affinität und Adaptionsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
