Welche Aufgaben Dich erwarten- Als Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung potentieller Kandidat:innen für die internen Positionen der Adecco Group Holding
- Kandidatengewinnung durch unseren Talentpool, Active Sourcing, Online Stellenbörsen und Messen
- Formulierung und Schaltung von kreativen Stellenanzeigen
- Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
- Führen von telefonischen, virtuellen und persönlichen Interviews mit den Kandidat:innen
- Beratung der Kandidat:innen und Stakeholder
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von weiteren innovativen Recruiting-Strategien
- Nachhaltige Kandidatenbetreuung
- Markenübergreifende Projekte
