Wir suchen Dich als Director / Business Partner Communications (m/w/d) für unsere Hauptverwaltung am Standort Düsseldorf.
Was Du tun wirst- Steuerung und Ausführung der Kommunikationsstrategie für Adecco, LHH und Akkodis in Deutschland und Österreich in Einklang mit der übergreifenden Kommunikationsstrategie
- Führung des Kommunikationsteams (3 Personen)
- Koordination der Kommunikationsbedarfe für in Deutschland und Österreich
- Umsetzung von markenspezifischen Inhalten, Botschaften und Kommunikationsdokumenten mit dem Kommunikationsteam
- Aufbau von stabilen Netzwerken und Business Partnering für die Geschäftsbereiche und Enabling Functions
- Verantwortung für das Budget
- Verantwortung für die Delivery über die Centers of Expertise, Interne Kommunikation, Externe Kommunikation und Content & Operations
- Persönliche Betreuung von C-Level Positionierung, Reputationsmanagement und Krisenkommunikation
- Beratung von Führungskräften in Kommunikationsthemen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Kommunikationsteams
- Belastbares Netzwerk in der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Exzellente Text- und Sprachfähigkeit in Deutsch (C2) Englisch (C1)
- Erfahrung in der Planung von Konferenzen und Kommunikationsevents
- Belastbare Erfahrung in Change- und Transformationskommunikation
- Präferenz: Arbeitsort Düsseldorf und Umgebung
