Senior Finance Controller

You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing in - house services and improving operational & financial excellence. Due to the business expansion of our newly established Shared Service Center, here in Sofia, we are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join their team in the position of SeniorFinance Controller.

Main responsibilities:

· Financial planning: develop and steer the budgeting and monitoring of the Center's operations.

· Analyze actual spending and its variances to budget and forecast.

· Monthly update of annual financial forecast.

· End-to-end ownership of financial controlling and reporting, in close collaboration with the local accounting, treasury and tax team: Accounts Payable, Intercompany Charges, Travel and Entertainment, Payments, Payroll, Treasury, Statutory and Tax accounting, MFRP reporting.

· Partner with the IT lead(s) on site and continuously improve the Center's management processes.

· Partner with Global IT Unit controllers on tracking, forecasting and accurate allocation of the costs originating in the Center.

· Oversee cost allocation principles & charge back model.

· Oversees proper intercompany billing.

· Support business case creation with Unit stakeholders, validate business case financials and the impact on forecast and budget.

· Oversee proper execution of business and financial processes within the Center, in line with the Group’s control environment.

· Support the IT and Finance transformation.

· Ensure the transparency, correctness, proper allocation and integrity of the Center’s I/C transactions.

· Contribute to a high performing IT Finance organization through sharing best practices and training.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in finance & Accounting or MBA;

· 2-5 years of experience in controlling;

· Intercultural environment;

· USGAAP Experience;

· Good accounting skills;

· High capacity and persistent mindset;

· Flexibility to change;

· Well organized and independent.
