RESPONSABLE DEVELOPPEMENT ET ACCOMPAGNEMENT H/F

Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, Humando recherche un.e Responsable Développement et Accompagnement.

Les missions principales sur ce poste sont :
- Vous assurez en collaboration avec la direction d’agence, le développement commercial
(rencontre et contractualisation auprès des entreprises pour présenter l’offre Humando),
- Vous participez au recrutement des candidats en insertion et assurer le diagnostic social et
professionnel,
- Vous valorisez les candidatures auprès des entreprises,
- Vous garantissez la fiabilité des éléments administratifs nécessaire à l’activité


Nous recherchons un.e développeur, ayant le goût du challenge, maîtrisant la relation commerciale (prospection et fidélisation). Une expérience dans l’approche des entreprises, des partenaires du service public de l’emploi, des structures d’insertion par l’activité économique est un plus.

La connaissance du bassin d’emploi Bonneville et l'Arrondissement de St Julien en Genevois est requise, celle du travail temporaire est souhaitée.

Votre sens relationnel est reconnu pour établir des relations durables avec les parties prenantes.

Vous êtes autonome, savez rendre compte de vos actions, polyvalent et en capacité de gérer vos
priorités.
