Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager reports to the Program Director. This positions is responsible for the successful delivery of the MSP Program (both Recruitment and HR Operations) as measured by KPI/SLA’s in monthly and quarterly Governance meetings.

What you’ll be doing

Managing a medium sized team you will be the Level 2 escalation point for all facets of the Program.

About you

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in Contingent Workforce Management – the likely candidate will currently be working as a Team Lead or Manager of an MSP Program (exceptional candidates from Staffing / Agency or RPO may be considered)
  • 2+ years’ experience in UAE / GCC market, knowledge of relevant local labor laws and 3rd party hiring practices and classifications
  • International recruitment experience highly regarded
  • VMS experience – e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand etc.
  • Manage, lead and develop a team of 6 or more
  • Financial Services industry experience

Skills

  • Meet or exceed SLA’s in accordance with the client contract, operations manual and team member effort estimation plans
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables) for worker and invoice data manipulation
  • Strong stakeholder management and Level 2 escalation management skills

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher
  • Qualifications in quality (e.g. LEAN Sigma) and/or project management (e.g. Prince2) advantageous

Other

  • Ability to positively collaborate with Adecco UAE and other Group brands
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal presentation skills. Sense of urgency required
  • Highly organized nature – with exposure to a large ‘go-live’ program or project desirable
