【リモートワーク×フルフレックス】Coordinator ～世界最大級のRPO・MSPサービス 採用コンサルタント～

クライアントの採用業務全般の運営（中途・新卒または派遣）として、

- 関係者（クライアント、候補者、RPOチーム、エージェント等）との良好な関係を構築

- 採用にまつわる日々のアドミ業務を運営いただく職務です。

具体的には以下のような業務が含まれます：

・候補者レジュメの機械的なスクリーニング

・候補者およびHMｓ様との面接調整、ロジスティック管理

・面接結果の収集、エージェントや候補者へのフィードバック

・採用プロセス（リードタイム、フィードバック内容の充実など）の改善検討、提案

・採用進捗のアップデイトとタイムリーなレポーティング

・採用業務に必要な市場データ調査、分析、報告。

【必要な専門スキル・ヒューマンスキル】
・的確かつスピーディな事務処理能力
・コミニケーションスキル（交渉、セールス）
・カスタマーフォーカスマインド
・英語（メール・電話・多少の会話ができる方）
・PCスキル、インターネット、ソーシャルメディアの活用経験

【必要な職務経験】
・オフィスでの事務経験　（企業人事や人材ビジネスでの勤務経験尚可）
