Why This Role?
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll play a dual role:
- A People Manager – leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
- A Senior Recruiter – managing end-to-end recruitment and driving top talent into our business.
As a People Manager:
- Lead & Inspire – Motivate and guide a team of passionate Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve greatness.
- Train & Onboard – Help new team members get up to speed and support other teams with their newcomer training.
- Mentor & Develop – Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and support career growth & promotions within your team.
- Report & Communicate – Keep top management informed with clear and structured reporting.
- Collaborate & Connect – Build strong partnerships with Business Teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the recruitment process from sourcing and interviews to salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Candidate Experience – Build long-term relationships and keep your candidate pool engaged with new opportunities.
- Recruitment Expertise – 2+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally in consulting, staffing, or engineering/scientific recruitment.
- Leadership Ambition – Ready to step into a management role and empower your team to succeed.
- Trilingual Skills – Fluent in Dutch, French with a strong command of English.
- Professional & Driven – You take ownership, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and are always eager to learn.
