Responsibilities
We are searching for an experienced, ambitious, and reliable finance professional to fill a role in the Company’s HQ in Zurich. The role is embedded into a multi-national team (>10 nationalities) and is working closely with the Company’s Finance leaders.
In this exciting position you will be responsible for timely and accurate budgeting, reporting, and analysis process for a selected number of markets as well as for selected Corporate Finance tasks for the Group, including updates to the Company’s Boards of Directors and its Executive Committee.
Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Performing weekly and monthly financial analysis.
  • Conducting monthly forecasting and Budget variance analysis.
  • Supporting the quarterly press releases and presentations in close collaboration with the Company’s investor relations team.
  • Actively contributing to the annual budget process of certain regions.
  • Providing support to the long-term planning process.
  • Producing ad hoc analyses and reports on request.
  • Ensuring data quality on the reports from the markets under responsibility.
  • Simplifying and automating existing reporting and analysis task with the help of AI.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis and controlling or consulting in an international environment and a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
In addition, the following characteristics are expected:
  • High attention to detail combined with a strong perspective on the big picture.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to formulate recommendations from complex or vague data.
  • Flexible, organized, and able to accurately work under time constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Very strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel (including e.g. VBA or PivotTable), Word and PowerPoint.
  • SmartView and EssBase (Hyperion) experience is a strong plus.
