Instruktor / Ausbildner im Bereich- Staplerführerkurse (m/w/d)

Als geübter Coach führst du für Adecco diverse Staplerkurse durch. Die Durchführung der Kurse erfolgt entweder an einem unserer Standorte oder bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.

Instruktor / Ausbildner im Bereich- Staplerführerkurse  (m/w/d)

Was du tun wirst

  • Du bist als Ausbildner im Bereich- Staplerführerkursen für unseren Ausbildungsbereichen im Einsatz.
  • Im Vorbereiten und Durchführen von diversen Staplerkursen gemäss Richtlinien der EKAS 6518 hast du schon Erfahrung.
  • Vermitteln von theoretischen und praktischen sowie online Lektionen bereitet dir Freude.
  • Eine saubere administrative Nachbearbeitung von durchgeführten Kursen (Erfassen von Daten etc.) ist dir wichtig.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kursentwicklung sowie einer allfälliger Optimierung gehört auch zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Bei der aktiven Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Kurse legen wir Wert auf deine Erfahrung.
Was bringst du mit
  • Eine abgeschlossene Aus- / Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Transport.
  • Staplerfahrer Ausweis (SUVA anerkannt - Staplerkurse gemäss Richtlinien der EKAS 6518). 
  • Technisches Flair und praktischen Fähigkeiten aus einer gleichwertigen Funktion.
  • Den Teilnehmenden mit Begeisterung die berufliche Erfahrung und das Fachwissen weitervermitteln.
  • Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze vor Ort bei unseren Kunden.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und neuen Online-Medien.
