Mission

Working in our global headquarter alongside beautiful Lake Zürich, this role provides high-level of administrative support in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment. A challenging and demanding position, working part-time directly with two SVP. In this role, you will enable them to meet company needs and maximize impact in the organization. 

You will find a platform for building up a network within the world’s largest and leading HR-Service and Solutions provider as well as future powerful career development opportunities in an international environment.  

Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management with long-term planning and global travel coordination including obtaining travel visas.
  • Complete administrative tasks for the CMCO including running a complex calendar, long-term calendar planning, completing expense reports, coordinating travel plans, itineraries, and prepare travel agendas. 
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and follow-through on projects to successful completion. 
  • Bring strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can easily build relationships with partners, internal colleagues, board members, and external stakeholders. 
  • Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. 
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can easily build relationships with partners, internal colleagues, board members, and external stakeholders.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant.
  • Prior exposure to a fast-paced, intense and international working environment (e.g. Professional Services, Hospitality).
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with Concur is a strong asset.
  • Experienced in meeting planning.
  • Ability to navigate web and email at a high competency.
  • A team player who is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong customer service drive and dedication to quality and success.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidential issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Very well structured, loves to organize.
  • Works in an organized and focused manner, with excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English a must, another language like German is a strong asset.
