The Recruiting Director is a strategic leader of a regional delivery team. This individual will supervise a team of Delivery Managers who oversee teams of Recruiters that support our clients within that region. Responsible for ensuring the delivery teams are meeting or exceeding client recruitment needs, this professional will ensure recruiters are properly trained, assigned to clients, and performing optimally.
This role will offer a Remote opportunity, but as this position will lead Delivery supporting the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets, this candidate should be sitting in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.What you’ll be doing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure we are meeting or exceeding client key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreement (SLA) targets
Assess client needs, develop strategy, assign resources and prioritize all deliverables based on the optimal service solution for each enterprise client
Build client relationships and work with internal teams to execute delivery projects to maximize utilization targets and meet business goals of clients
Responsible for project profit & loss (P&L) management for the region
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates will possess subject matter expertise of IT recruitment best practices and leverage it to make educated business decisions and create delivery strategy. Ability to lead large delivery teams and appropriately coach them to ensure consistent success. Strong financial acumen, can use data to generate creative business solutions, optimizing revenue and team performance.Why choose us?

The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000.00 and $130,900.00. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
