Roles and responsibilities to be fulfilled:
- Develop new customers and receive orders in line with sales strategies
- Approach to customers based on customer information such as SFA and LinkedIn
- Sales activities from the perspective of promoting the ecosystem in cooperation with the TAG Japan sales team
- Sales activities in collaboration with global teams
- Preparation of bids and proposals
- Proposals and negotiations with clients
- Problem Solving & Analysis - Ability to recognize issues and propose solutions
- Customer Orientation - Customer Orientation, Sales Force
- Data Analysis - Issue analysis based on data
- Goal Oriented / Financial Driven
- Required- 3+ years sales experience
- Optional- Experience in human resources business, interest in improving English skills
