The Head of Sales enablement, Processes, CRM and Partner Sales will be in charge on one hand of creating and maintaining sales processes, governance and tools. On the other hand, s/he will build a modular sales curriculum on what to sell and how to sell.
Sales Processes, Governance & Tools:
•Implement a standard sales process across Modis: Demand Generation, Request-to-offer and offer-to-contract
•Establish standard sales dashboards, reporting, forecast and cadence
•Rollout standard Front office and Contract management tools
•Work with finance on forecasting, contract management and reporting
•Define a modular sales curriculum in alignment with TAG curriculum
•Build curated material on both “what to sell” and “how to sell”
•Leverage existing L&D platforms to deploy training
•Set up internal assessment and certification process
•Establish sell-with Partnership with key Technology players like SAP, Salesforce etc
•Setup Programs to help Modis globally qualify for preferred partner status
•Work with TC & TTS Business Units to build capabilities and references that help strengthen partnership status
•Educate partners on Modis capabilities and open new doors for mutual clients
•Cascade relationship down to all Modis countries to benefit from Global partnership status
Travel Requirement -Frequent (50%)
- Proven and tangible evidence of winning business and developing and nurturing client relationships at international senior level and will also have a good knowledge of the Staffing & Technology Consulting industry and the associated models
- 8 years’ minimum experience within Staffing / Consulting industry or related field
- Comfortable operating at a senior level, and keeping senior stakeholders regularly updated on their varied interests
- Highly developed presentation and communication skills
- Strong track-record of achieving aggressive sales targets
- Team player who effectively leads and draws on others in order to maximize the firm’s resources
- Highly flexible and able to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Able to balance the interests of a wide community of stakeholders across different time zones
- Masters in Sales, Technology, Engineering and/or Business Administration
