Job description

Client/Candidate Management 고객사/후보자관리

  • Actively build and develop relationships with clients to communicate our proposals, and win assignment (accurately establish clients’ needs through the quality job briefs)
  • Demonstrate a clear development plan in target market for clients and candidates
  • Maintain commercial awareness by keeping up to date with competitor/industry trends
  • Market analysis for jobs/industries, and manage database for each clients
  • Ensure that the service delivery is of the highest standard for both clients and candidates, and candidates receives quality care at all times in their dealings with Adecco
  • Proactively attract candidates, and develop relationships, using a variety of different means
  • Ensure that all activities in relation to the candidate process meet Adecco’s compliance standards

Associate Management 파견/도급임직원인사관리

  • Manage the employee placement, and employment contract
  • Overall people management : associate’s compensation/benefits/attendance/retirement
  • Handle ad-hoc request from associates, and provide consultation for labor issues

Account Management 고객거래관리

  • Ensure that data integrity maintained in all activities relating to payroll, billing, placements
  • Process billing for clients in accordance to business agreed terms, local legislations, business / local and group / internal and external audit requirements manually
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery, i.e. mode, invoicing requirements

Job Requirements (About You)

  • University graduate or above
  • (Preferred) 1-2 years’ of work experience in specialized staffing competitors or HR industry
  • (Preferred) 1-2 years’ of work experience with recruiting/sales/customer service
  • (Preferred) Work experience with labor management or labor knowledge
  • (Preferred) English ability (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Genuine desire to be the best at what you do
  • An energetic and pro-active personality with strong communication skills
  • Proven team player with pro-active style to work under pressure with minimal supervision
