Global IT organization, Digital Workplace Operations pillar. Will report to the Digital Workplace Operations Manager.
•Third level technical support for Adecco internal customers
•Incident, problem and change management with the primary objective to guarantee platform stability
•Keep technical documentation up-to-date
•Coordination of third parties and local resources
•Manage platform capacity
•Report incident status to Service Owner and Operations Manager
•Actively participates in Critical Incident Management
•Give visibility to the Service Owner on risks and opportunities
•Manage the MobileIron tool, policies, configuration etc...
•Activate conditional access per application (Office 365, Salesforce etc...)
•Solution Specialist or MDM Expert with solid experience in Mobile Device Management tools mainly MobileIron in a multi-national company
•Knowledge of Office 365, ADFS, Authentication.
•Analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
•Very good problem-solving skills
•Well organized with the ability to prioritize the most important tasks
•Strong team player
•Act under strong pressure and manage efficiently crisis situations
•Evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense
•Minimum of three years’ experience in MDM Administration (MobileIron)
•Significant overall experience in IT operations is required
•University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
•ITIL certification a plus
•Azure and MFA knowledge is a significant advantage
•English: Professional proficiency
•Any additional language is an advantage, especially French
