As an administrator in our Global IT Architecture team, you will:
·Assist the Global Head Enterprise Architecture Governance to conduct our overall IT community in various architecture topics from product selection, solution design phases and application governance, for global and regional solutions.
·Organize, centralize and promote recommendations that the wider Adecco Group IT community should naturally follow for the added value to the group.
·Assist in the communication and education of our IT community with IT Architecture governance.
·Consolidation and centralisation of the organization's ideas and projects subject to the Architecture Governance decisions.
·Realise tasks such as cataloguing, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, updating, following-up and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models recommended by the Architecture Governance forums.
According to you profile or objectives, you could contribute to the creation of KPIs and to the improvement of the overall reporting strategy of our Architecture Governance.
Main Accountabilities / Measured On:
·Improved engagement of regional and local projects with the global Architecture community.
·Successful follow-up of projects that pass through the global recommendations, standard guidelines or global services.
·Assisting in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the Global Enterprise Architecture.
·Helping to coordinate all Enterprise Architecture Governance activities locally and globally.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
·Help improve the architecture governance, enabling value delivery while ensuring clear adherence to or active risk exposure of gaps to Group Guidelines, Rules and Governance.
·Facilitate the cooperation between the representatives of the projects and the rest of the centre and global architecture community.
·Assist in conducting the architecture governance meetings, forums and processes.
·Ensure planning, Architecture & Design, and Execution is done in alignment with strategy, policies and guidelines.
·Assist in change management activities related to implementing the overall road mapping processes supporting and serving the regional and domain architects.
At least 3 years of experience on IT projects
Good comprehension of the Enterprise Architecture
Understanding of Adecco Group technologies
Developing methods and techniques for modeling technologies
University degree preferably in technical subject or any comparable education.
Any additional language is an advantage especially, French, German, Italian or Japanese
