En tant que Consultant en Recrutement H/F, vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Entretenir des relations commerciales ;
- Se positionner en tant que coach carrière auprès de vos candidats ;
- Participer au ciblage du portefeuille de prospects et clients ;
- Prospecter les cibles identifiées pour proposer notre offre d'accompagnement en recrutement et évaluation d'Experts et de Cadres.
- Définir et formaliser le besoin en recrutement des clients/prospects
- Définir une stratégie de sourcing adapté au besoin ;
- Rédiger et diffuser les annonces de recrutement sur les supports adaptés et en assurer le suivi ;
- Evaluer les compétences des candidats au travers d'entretiens, de tests et prises de références professionnelles ;
- Rédiger les synthèses de candidatures et valoriser les compétences auprès des interlocuteurs concernés ;
- Conseiller les clients et les candidats dans leur prise de décision de recrutement et dans la phase d'intégration ;
- Développer des partenariats avec les acteurs de l'emploi et les écoles cibles.
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en recrutement et/ou en négociation commerciale. Vous êtes animé(e) par votre sens développé du service, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre écoute active, vous aimez convaincre et multiplier les interactions sociales.
