Following your successes, we will support you to continue to grow out your business unit where you will build and develop your own team.
To become a Recruitment Team Lead in Modis, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and ambitious as our offices are managed away from micro management and heavy KPIs. The focus is on being as entrepreneurial as you can be in developing and building your market.
As a Recruitment Team Lead, we are looking for someone that:
- Has previous 360 recruitment experience within IT/Tech markets
- Leads from the front and shares knowledge and experience on to the team
- Can continue to develop their candidate/client portfolio
- Builds strong brand awareness by networking and marketing
- Continues to build their market knowledge - being able to identify new business opportunities to continue the growth of their desk and team
- Manages the full recruitment cycle, from proactively sourcing to placement
- Is ambitious and driven to achieve, leading to promotions and recognition
