Responsible for the efficient and cost effective delivery of Resourcing services for all designated clients.

The role will include:

  • Providing office-based support for the Client-Partner Delivery Manager to meet the needs of the client.
  • Dealing directly with the client to answer queries, provide information and progress tasks.
  • Candidate screening to specific given criteria.
  • Supervising the activities of Administrators to deliver efficient and effective recruitment services on all campaigns, maintaining the highest quality standards at all times.
  • Undertaking all admin procedures and completing all specified tasks as required to deliver the campaign.
  • Undertaking all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Client-Partner Delivery Manager or Senior Manager.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams of Assessment professionals to ensure best quality client service.


Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in a recruitment or process driven environment.
  • GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Proven ability to develop excellent external relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers.
  • Demonstrable high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
