HR IT Business Analyst

As an HRIT Business Analyst, your mission is to leverage technology to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive strategic decision-making. What you’ll be doing

The HR IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Translating the global and local product requirements to detailed functional and technical requirements for an IT solution
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for leveraging SF capabilities to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Translating the high level functional requirements to technical requirements for an IT solution
  • Partner with SF administrators, developers, and consultants to design, configure, and test SF solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Describing the detailed functional requirements in understandable user stories, story points and tasks
  • Steering the IT Development team delivering the prioritized user stories/ story points / tasks
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Provide expertise and support to HR end-users during SF implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure SF solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SF with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experience.
About you

At least 3-5 years of experience working as business/solution analyst in HR IT:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst or consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors (SF) implementations and support.
  • Strong grasp of HR business processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SF solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SF configuration, data migration, reporting, and integration tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi).
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with HR and IT teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within an international team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors or relevant HR technology is a plus.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies using LEAN, Agile, Scrum Devops and Waterfall
