Responsable Comptabilité Générale et Trésorerie H/F

Votre rôle, en tant que Responsable Comptable Général et Trésorerie, sera d'assister le Directeur Comptable dans la gestion et le suivi de la Comptabilité. Vous gérerez une équipe de 3 personnes et prendrez part aux projets de développement de l’organisation.

Missions Comptables :

1.       La clôture :

  • S’assurer de la tenue des travaux de fin d'exercice pour un périmètre de 80m€ de CA
  • Contrôler la conformité de la comptabilité et la bonne utilisation du plan comptable (norme US GAAP)
  • Effectuer des revues bilans trimestriels et annuelles
  • Coordonner les clôtures périodiques à un rythme mensuel et annuel
  • Contrôler les provisions chaque fin de mois
  • S’assurer du suivi des flux Inter-compagnies
  • S’assurer du suivi de la comptabilisation des éléments relatifs à la Paie
  • S’assurer du suivi des immobilisations en lien avec les services généraux
  • Justifier le compte de résultat en lien avec le contrôle de gestion
  • Calculer le résultat fiscal (intégration fiscale)
  • Participer activement au contrôle et l’amélioration des sujets transverses au sein de la Dir. Comptable

2.       Le règlementaire :

  • Etablir les liasses fiscales ses annexes
  • Superviser les déclarations fiscales et règlementaires
  • Préparer les dossiers permanents
  • Assurer les relations avec les CAC et l'administration fiscale

3.       Reporting Corporate :

  • Assister le Directeur Domptable dans la production des reporting de consolidation, reporting groupe (Adecco Zurich et LHH US) en norme US GAAP
  • Participer à l’amélioration de l’ERP pour optimiser la production des reporting
  • Stabiliser et développer les systèmes de transmission des reporting
  • Contrôler la conformité de la comptabilité et la bonne utilisation du plan comptable (norme US GAAP)
  • Assurer la bonne application des procédures internes : audit Corporate (Adecco Zurich et LHH US)

4.       La trésorerie :

  • S’assurer du bon déroulement de la trésorerie et de la tenue des comptes bancaires
  • Assurer les relations avec les partenaires bancaires et le support des outils bancaires
  • Maintenir et optimiser les procédures existantes
  • Stabiliser et développer les systèmes de transmission de données (si besoin)

Missions de management :

  • Encadrer une équipe de 3 collaborateurs
  • Fixer les objectifs de l'équipe, suivre ses performances, organiser le travail, distribuer et déléguer les tâches
  • Animer et superviser au quotidien son équipe dans ses tâches de comptabilité générale et fiscale : Respect du calendrier fiscal du Groupe Adecco.
  • Faire preuve d’initiative et d’esprit d’analyse pour pouvoir prendre de la hauteur
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Comptable Auxiliaires et le Directeur Comptable

Vous bénéficiez d’une solide expérience au poste de Responsable Comptable Général et Trésorerie

Vous faites preuve de proactivité, d'esprit de synthèse et d'adaptation et vous savez être force de proposition.

Vous êtes familier du fonctionnement des groupes d’envergure internationale.

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais professionnel et les outils du pack Office.
