• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets through consistent business development activity.
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements, with a focus on permanent recruitment within the IT/Tech industry
• Manage lists of candidates, to ensure you have the very best available candidates in your specialist market.
• Report individual weekly performance forecast, update and review to line manager and colleagues in open forum.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring first point of contact for client account.
• Carry out sales presentations at client meetings.

• You have a strong desire to succeed, you are resilient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 
• Previous recruitment experience preferred + sales and/or new business development
• You will have worked within a role where you have worked towards targets and being able to work towards deadlines and make sure they are met
