PERSONALBERATER / SALES CONSULTANT KAUFMÄNNISCHER PROFILE BASEL 100% (M/W/D)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Beratung und Selektion von Kandidaten aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Direktansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten auf Social Media Kanälen
  • Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Lohnverhandlungen
  • Beratung von Firmenkunden bei der Besetzung von geeigneten Kandidaten
  • Führen der gesamten Rekrutierung bis zum Einstellungsprozess
  • Akquisition von Firmenkunden 
  • Diverse administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten
Deine Kompetenzen
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in den Bereichen HR oder Sales
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit oder im Personalverleih
  • Gute Computer-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Organisationstalent
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
