Sales Director, Enterprise (Hybrid; Auburn Hills, MI)

About the role

Are you a seasoned sales professional passionate about outside sales and mentoring, developing and managing a team of sales and recruiting professionals? The Sales Director role with Adecco gives you the opportunity to do both!

What you’ll be doing

The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business while overseeing the work of other sales and recruiting professionals. In this role, you will assist with establishing and implementing sales and recruiting strategies for the branch. In addition, you will have the ability to mentor, coach, and train sales professionals in your region.

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of sales, recruiting, or staffing industry experience required
