About the role

SUMMARY:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the staffing programs for multiple clients or a single large/complex client with over 250+ headcount across multiple locations or one large technical account over 100 headcount).  Acts as the main liaison to clients to define and develop innovative solutions to meet hiring needs, address client requests and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures orders are fulfilled according to client requirements. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, client industry, and roles. Manages an onsite employee or a team of employees as required.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for “light selling” every day which includes setting up meetings weekly with the hiring managers for the business development managers or vice president to present Modis capabilities.
  • Supervise, train, mentor and coach onsite team members.
  • Leads and helps train Program Coordinators & Engagement Managers if tied to accounts.
  • Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • SOW/ Statement of Work Management (time entry, PO, Invoicing accuracy, benchmark check in, PO Balance).
  • Ensures operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including a focus on effective order fulfillment.
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on assigned clients.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and temporary employees.
  • Liaison between Delivery Centers and customer.
  • Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.
  • Develops relationship with Managers and can perform light Business Development and/or could coordinate Meetings/ Capability Presentations if Sales tied to account.
  • Directs all temporary employee inquiries or escalations to the engagement manager.
  • Develops and implements revenue and expense forecasts for assigned clients, including establishing budgets and collaborating in the development of short and long range growth plans.
  • May participate in candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client/organizational requirements.
  • Coaches, trains and mentors team members.
  • Leads Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Ensures compliance and safety requirements are in place and enforced by colleagues.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with five (5) plus years of recruiting or client program management experience is required. Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to nine (9) years may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $52,200.00 and  $81,000.00. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.   

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.  Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
