Junior Administration Specialist with Dutch and English

We are currently looking for a Junior Administration Specialist with Dutch and English who will be responsible for, among other things, accurate and systematic recruitment data entry and administration for permanent and temporary employees for one of our clients, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the labour law and Adecco's policies.

• Updating data related to the recruitment processes in the system,
• Telephone or email support for candidates in Dutch and English,
• Remote handling of hiring processes within the Netherlands,
• Managing the preparation of equipment for new employees,
• Ongoing cooperation with the client and the recruitment team,

• Communicative knowledge of Dutch and English (B2),
• Experience in working with customers - experience in customer service or sales is nice to have,
• Great communication skills,
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.),
