EMEA Talent Sourcing Manager
ポーランド共和国 申し込むPontoon is hiring a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, training and supervision to Sourcing Team Leads, Lead Sourcers and Sourcers. The Sourcing Manager also supports the achievement of operational results, internal client satisfaction, team performance metrics and external client metrics and acts as the point of escalation for our recruitment managers, delivery team leads and/or account managers as well as wider operational teams. The Sourcing Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with that exhibits thought leadership, sourcing experience and a passion to build a team of highly innovative and metrics driven Sourcers.
What you’ll be doing- Manages Sourcing Team Leads, Lead Sourcers and Sourcers.
- Builds and maintains a strong and effective candidate pipeline available for immediate hiring or for succession planning.
- Acts as key stakeholder for the Pontoon Talent Depository.
- Recommends and innovates low-cost sourcing channel options aimed at finding and engaging local talent for each client.
- Drives team productivity using KPI’s that align with agreed-upon SLA consistently and report up to Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Coaches and performance manages team members to drive results & accountability within the team to meet & exceed the agreed-upon SLAs.
- Mentors, trains and supervises employees, including executing performance management and fostering an environment that provides opportunities for personal growth and development. Provides constructive, actionable and timely performance feedback.
- Builds a succession plan for all team members.
- Ensures there is an agreed business review process in place.
- Reviews team member’s performance in terms of productivity and quality via agreed LEAN performance management principles and personal goal setting.
- Initiates appropriate action(s) to improve efficiencies and offerings of the sourcing team to ensure department standards are innovative and objectives are being met.
- Establishes research & sourcing strategies and best practices including driving achievement of performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) both qualitative and quantitative and working with management to drive and monitor the shared service allocation of assigned accounts. • Conducts market and competitor evaluations and reports results.
- Assists with implementation of new sourcing tools. Partners closely with Tech team to evaluate, trial & implement technologies.
- Follows Sourcing Trends & Developments and identifies/promotes new techniques/channels/tools to teams to improve sourcing knowledge & performance.
- Provides Individual/Team Sourcer training to develop technical skills and provides guidance on industry best practices.
- Upskills current sourcing team.
- Trains, develops and mentors new Sourcers.
