アメリカ合衆国 申し込むReporting to the Regional Transition Bridge Lead for The Adecco Group North America the Senior Finance Operations Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting project initiatives within the Finance Operations function from disparate sites, systems, governance, and processes into a best in class Shared Service model.
The Senior Finance Operations Transformation Managerworks collaboratively with the Financial Operations Leadership, Center of Excellence and Performance Management Pillars to ensure alignment with the enterprise-wide model of excellence.
What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to provide a broad range of solutions and capabilities including operational improvement, cost management, and system integration to implement a global target operating model
- Lead concurrent multi-team initiatives to standardize documentation of policies, processes, KPIs, data alignment and desk top procedures across a range of back-office activities
- Facilitate the automation of global KPIs and the adoption into regional operational governance and performance reporting dashboards
- Manage Finance process standardization, optimization, and ongoing improvements, leveraging project management best practices.
- Ability to create and manage complex integrated project plans, establishing project governance, delivering regular status updates, removing blockers, escalating issues and allocating resources effectively.
- Facilitate post-merger activities in coordination with cross department functions to integrate activities in to Finance Operations model
- Develop strong relationships with regional leadership team and global finance operations team to drive collaboration and results through change
- Ability to work on a team in a fast paced and ambiguous environment to drive operational initiatives
- Understanding of financial concepts and ability to deliver accurate and timely reporting with comparisons against benchmarks including strategic recommendations on business drivers, risks and opportunities
- Manage team of 2 – 3 direct reports
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 4 or more years related experience
- Minimum 2 years related experience in supervisory capacity or project lead.
- MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Functional Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Travel Requirements 5%-15%
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, meet deadlines, influence and motivate team members to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage people, tasks and deliverables remotely
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Metrics driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Oracle experience preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $88,250.00 and $93,250.00. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
