This role is originally known as Manual Integration Team Support Officer, is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing the setup of data that facilitates the end-to-end assignment generation process. This position ensures accurate and timely payroll and billing processes, while maintaining compliance with all relevant internal policies and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Client and Contact Management: Create and maintain records for new clients and contacts in alignment with source data (INFO). 
•    Job Order and Candidate Management: Create Job Orders and maintain accurate records of candidates and associates. 
•    Payroll Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for all new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the payroll system. 
•    Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant internal company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding processes. 
•    Records Maintenance: Maintain excellent records and efficiently utilise Adecco Group systems for data management. 
•    Problem Solving: Employ a consultative and diagnostic approach to identify issues, investigate, and implement resolutions effectively. 
•    Project Participation: Participate in various projects, such as Price Improvement and Superannuation increase system implementation, undertake additional responsibilities as required by the group. 
•    Support for Client Implementations: Provide support to front office and middle office teams to ensure successful client implementations, including customer and order setup. 
•    Case Management: Manage cases between business lines and departments, accurately prioritizing cases to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. 

Qualifications: 
•    Proven experience in onboarding, payroll, or administrative support roles. 
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Proficiency in using data management systems and software. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
