Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across our Career Transition, Mobility and Leadership Development products lines. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and candidate and customer engagement to support LHH business growth in India.

Key Accountabilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for LHH Career Transition & Mobility and Leadership Development to drive demand generation and brand positioning across India. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and global marketing teams, to align strategies with business objectives. 

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies. 

• Campaign Development & Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, events, webinars and social media with the support of the LHH Marketing Center of Expertise. 

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. 

• Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and videos. 

• Digital Marketing:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media to maximize lead generation. 

• Manage the performance of digital channels, analyzing data, and making recommendations for optimization. 

• Drive website optimization efforts to improve user experience and conversion rates. 

• Brand & Content Development:

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints. 

• Collaborate with content teams to create thought leadership content that resonates with our target audience. 

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets to increase brand visibility. 

• Events & webinars

• Plan, execute, and manage logistics for webinars and events by overseeing the full lifecycle, from concept to execution, including technical setup, speaker coordination, and attendee management. 

• Drive audience engagement and promotion by developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize attendance and participation, while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. 

• Sales enablement

• Play a pivotal role in lead generation for LHH India;  

• Lead localization of our marketing collateral that meet our current and future business needs including creating case studies, testimonials and other client lead generating material. 

All About You

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or the talent development industry. 

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 

• Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. 

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus. 

• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
