Wat ga je doen?Als Client Specialist bij Adecco in Amsterdam ben je een veelzijdige en essentiële schakel voor Holland Casino. Jouw rol omvat het beheren van een kandidatenpool, waarbij jij fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het effectief inroosteren van kandidaten op basis van hun beschikbaarheid, het coachen op houding en gedrag, en het voeren van voortgangsgesprekken, naast andere HR-gerelateerde taken.
Daarnaast zal je af en toe ook op bezoek gaan bij de klant in Hoofddorp en op andere locaties in de omgeving. Wees gerust, het reizen valt onder werktijd en er is een bedrijfsauto beschikbaar! Door op bezoek te gaan zal jij jouw kandidaten en medecollega's beter leren kennen en krijg je ook een beter gevoel van wat er speelt bij de mensen.
Ook krijg je de gelegenheid om de kandidatenpool uit te breiden door zelf nieuwe kandidaten te werven. Zo ga je in gesprek met de hiring manager van Holland Casino om de gezochte kandidatenprofielen te bespreken. Verder ga je vacatures schrijven en de geschikte kandidaten interviewen. Daarna zorg jij ervoor dat jouw geworven kandidaten worden voorgesteld aan de hiring manager, waarbij ze uiteindelijk een arbeidscontract kunnen ontvangen.
Jouw rol omvat een unieke combinatie van coach, recruiter, vertrouwenspersoon en personeelsmanager, waardoor deze functie zeer veelzijdig en leerzaam is. Grijp deze kans om jouw carrière te laten bloeien en waardevolle ervaring op te doen binnen een toffe werkomgeving!

Wat bieden wij?- Geniet van een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris tussen €2.800,- en €3.500,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om 36 uur per week te werken, hier gaan we graag met jou over in gesprek!
- De mogelijkheid om 1 dag vanuit huis te werken.
- Wij bieden goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:
- Maandelijkse uitbetaling van 13 adv dagen in het eerste jaar (bij 40 uur per week), Dit is 5% extra salaris. Na het eerste jaar kan je deze (deels) opnemen.
- Vakantietoeslag
- Netto vaste kostenvergoeding van €34,- netto per maand
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Goede pensioenregeling
- Ervaring in relatiebeheer en recruitment is een pre, maar nóg belangrijker vinden we je passie en ambitie;
- Rijbewijs is wenselijk maar geen vereiste;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus te communiceren;
- Je bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over overtuigingskracht;
- Je bent flexibel, proactief en kunt goed zelfstandig werken;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend in zowel spraak als geschrift.
