Nous apportons aux entreprises et aux candidats le service et l'accompagnement dont ils ont besoin avec pour objectif de rapprocher durablement de l'emploi les publics éligibles à l'insertion par l'activité économique.

Dans ce cadre nous recherchons pour notre agence de Tours un Chargé de recrutement et accompagnement H/F dont les missions à la clé sont les suivantes :

RECRUTER
Accueillir, orienter et inscrire les candidats
Réaliser les analyses de postes
Rechercher les candidats potentiels par le réseau de prescripteurs habilités
Rédiger et diffuser les annonces de recrutement sur les supports adaptés et en assurer le suivi
Répondre aux besoins et aux commandes des clients et prospects

ACCOMPAGNER

Présélectionner les candidats

Etablir un diagnostic socioprofessionnel des candidats
Diagnostiquer les problématiques sociales et/ou professionnelles des publics

Orienter et ou/réorienter les publics auprès des partenaires/prescripteurs
Assurer des actions régulières de propositions actives de candidats auprès de clients ciblés
Informer les candidats et/ou intérimaires sur la mission proposée, leurs statuts, droits et obligations
Préparer et accompagner le futur salarié intérimaire à sa prise de poste

GESTION
Constituer les dossiers d'inscription, les saisir et mettre à jour la base de données
Suivre les dossiers individuels des collaborateurs intérimaires : absences, suivi de formation, VM, etc…
Rédiger les contrats de mission et de mise à disposition
Saisir, contrôler et relancer les relevés d'heures
Transmettre les données de gestion au gestionnaire de compte référent

RELATIONS PARTENAIRES

Créer, développer et maintenir des relations suivies avec les prescripteurs/partenaires
Représenter l’entreprise en externe
Préparer et animer des réunions de partenaires/prescripteurs
