Notre équipe de 8 personnes est l’agence de communication RH interne pour toutes les marques du groupe : Adecco, Adecco Medical, LHH, Akkodis ... Nous proposons des services de communication sur mesure pour promouvoir les offres d’emploi de nos clients.
Vos principales missions
Au cours de cette année, vous interviendrez sur deux grands axes destinés à accompagner les recruteurs de notre réseau toutes GBU’s confondues dans leurs missions de sourcing de candidats :
🔹 1. Participation à la gestion du pôle Jobboards
Gérer l’administration et le bon usage des solutions à destination des recruteurs (CVthèques, Slots, Publication, Licences)
➜ Suivre les niveaux d’utilisation et animer les indicateurs de performance (mise à jour mensuelle d’environ 19 tableaux de bord).
Contribuer à la réussite de la stratégie programmatique des différentes marques du groupe :
➜ Suivi des campagnes en collaboration avec notre prestataire (anglophone), remplissage/pilotage du tableau de bord dédié, définition du budget et des CPA cibles en lien avec votre manager.
Accompagner les recruteurs dans l’utilisation des outils de sourcing :
➜ Animation de formations, présentations d’innovations et veille sur les tendances du marché.
Piloter les partenariats Jobboards pour l’ensemble des Business Units du groupe, en lien avec votre manager.
Assurer le support de niveau 1 : suivi des incidents, coordination entre les équipes internes et les partenaires Jobboards / médias.
Créer des supports marketing (plaquettes, supports de formation, newsletters…) pour valoriser nos produits et services.
🔹 2. Gestion de projet – Adecco Onsite Logistique
Lancer et suivre les campagnes de recrutement multicanal (Indeed, Meta, SMS, etc.).
Transmettre les candidatures aux agences, assurer un suivi régulier et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire.
Créer du contenu visuel attractif (vidéos, visuels, etc.).
Animer les réunions hebdomadaires et assurer les reportings.
Être en veille permanente sur les nouvelles solutions et innovations du marché.
Vous êtes en formation type Bac+3/4 ou 5 en Management de projet, gestion de projet, Marketing ou Transformation digitale avec une appétence pour les outils digitaux, la coordination interservices et la relation prestataires et une première expérience en entreprise (stage, alternance).
Rémunération comprise entre 30 K€ et 35 K€ / an.
De nature curieuse, vous êtes habile avec les mots et vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier Excel. La maîtrise de PBI serait un plus.
Un bon niveau anglais est demandé pour les échanges avec les partenaires.
